A drunk driver killed our son Matt. The driver’s selfish decision to drink and drive took Matt away from all who loved him. We miss Matt's physical presence. The impact of a loved one's death last a lifetime. Our hope and goal is that there will be a day when no other mother, father, brother, sister, child knows the pain of losing a loved one due to drunken driving.
This year marks the 18th year without Matt. MADD has and continues to provide support to us, and others who have been affected by drunk driving. We honor our son each year with our participation in MADD’s signature fundraising “Walk Like MADD" event.
On September 21nd, 2019 we will honor Matt once again by walking to raise awareness and funds to support MADD’s efforts to create a community of #NO MORE VICTIMS!
