Malcolm McCormack was killed by a car as a pedestrian in Brooklyn, New York. Malcolm, a concert violinist and graduate of Emory University in Biology and Chemistry, was killed the day before his acceptance letter to Law School arrived. His mother, Fay Eshleman, was serving as one of the first Traffic Safety Resource Prosecutors in Georgia training law enforcement around the state on DUI cases when Malcolm was killed. Fay and her daughter Francia have attended the Walk Like MADD & MADD Dash Atlanta and Mercedes Benz Stadium 5K / Walk Like MADD in his memory & work passionately towards the day where we can say we have eliminated drunk driving.
