 Why We Walk

Tennessee

In 2020, preliminary data indicates there were 4,604 Tennesseans who were injured and 435 who lost their lives in crashes involving alcohol impaired drivers or drivers who had used drugs.  Each of those numbers represent a life that was forever changed, a family that was traumatized, and a community that was deeply impacted.  These numbers remind us why we are here - Why We Walk.  We walk because impaired driving is a 100% preventable crime and, until the day when there are No More Victims, there is work to be done.
