Promoted to chief in 2013, Chief Undestad quickly identified MADD as a perfect partner to serve those affected by impaired driving. He says 'Law enforcement is just one piece of the process. There is so much more to MADD and participating in their annual walk is a great way to help raise awareness, along with the much needed funding for the work they do.' Chief Undestad is proud to be part of this amazing team. He is appreciative of the staff and volunteers that put together such great events that supports so many in need. 

Chief Undestad says he still remembers his first Walk Like MADD event where he brought his boys who were 3 and 5 years old. They walked so slowly that by the time they got back to the starting line the event team was packing up for the night! He would not trade that night for anything!
