Heather Miller, was 21 years old and 6 weeks away from graduating from the WVU School of Nursing in 2008.   Her life was tragically cut short when she was the passenger in a drunk driving crash.  Heather suffered a horrific brain injury and was declared brain dead one week after the crash.  She was a registered organ donor.  Her mother Jody is the President of the Wheeling WV MADD Chapter and works passionately towards the day when there are "No More Victims" and we have eliminated drunk driving.
