29-year-old David Weinstein of Florissant, Missouri, was killed by a drunk driver two days after Mother’s Day and three days before his 30th Birthday. Deborah Weinstein, David's Mother, says she is determined to speak out for the MADD Organization to help raise awareness about the dangers of drunk and drugged driving. Deborah says David was a loving father and a wonderful son. The tragedy has been heartbreaking for David’s family and friends. Deborah wants to continue to educate the community about drunk driving, she says when someone makes the decision to get behind the wheel after drinking too much, he or she is making the decision to put every other person around them in danger. Too often, innocent people are the ones who get injured. “My family suffered a tragic loss when my son was hit by a drunk driver just three days before his 30th birthday. He always looked for the good in people and even after his death, as an organ donor, he continued to touch the lives of others in his community," said Deborah.
