LOCATION:
Move with MADD: Northern Colorado will be located at Boardwalk Park next to the swim beach at Windsor Lake. This is the same location as last year.
REGISTRATION:
Online registration will close at 5:00 p.m. THURSDAY August 14th, but walkers can still register at the event on Saturday morning. In-Person Registration will open at 7:00 a.m. at Boardwalk Park.
This year, you can register and choose to receive a shirt with MADD’s new logo. Simply choose $35 Adult/$30 Youth walker level when you register. You can opt out of the shirt by selecting the $25 Adult/ $20 Youth walker level. MADD will also have some new swag for all participants.
You must be registered for the event before JULY 1 to access the T-shirt option. They can be picked up by checking in at Registration when you arrive. Use the image below to see where Registration and other event areas are located!
SCHEDULE OF EVENTS:
7:00 a.m. - Registration & Check In Opens
7:00 a.m. - Vendors Open
8:00 a.m. - Opening Ceremony Begins
8:30 a.m. - Walk Steps Off
10:00 a.m. - Event Ends
Please take note - we have moved our opening ceremony and Walk step off up by 30 minutes this year to take advantage of cooler temperatures.
DIRECTIONS & PARKING
Follow these easy directions to get to Boardwalk Park at Windsor Lake.
From Greeley:
- Follow W. 10th St. / US 34 BUS west to CO 257 north toward Windsor/Millikin
- Turn left on Weld County Rd. 68 / Windsor Main St.
- Turn right on Seventh Ave. / Weld County Rd. 17
- Turn right on Birch St. and follow to the parking lot
- Our event will be set up in the grass next to the parking lot
- Please park in the spots furthest to the west to leave the closest spots for our event attendees
From I-25:
- Take Exit 262 onto East County Rd. 32 toward Windsor
- East County Rd. 32 becomes Weld County Rd. 68 / Windsor Main St.
- Turn left on Seventh Ave. / Weld County Rd. 17
- Turn right on Birch St. and follow to the parking lot
- Our event will be set up in the grass next to the parking lot
