Crash Anniversary: March 31, 2019

As a pedestrian, loading her car with laundry, Melissa was hit from behind by a drunk driver, pinning her up against the back of her car.

She suffers from severe and permanent damage to her back and both legs. She has endured numerous surgeries, astronomical medical expenses, and extensive rehab. She lost the job she loved in the Nursing Field and   had to move to another home for handicapped accessibility.

Melissa’s story in rebuilding her life is not yet complete.  Melissa is strong in determination and spirit, and is loved by family, friends, and her husband Jonathan, always by her side.
