Crash Anniversary: January 10, 2015
Hannah Porter and Abby Liefer were killed on January 10, 2015, just before returning to Southwestern Illinois University for their spring semester. They were lifelong best friends and were hit on a rural road when a drunk driver in an approaching car crossed the center lane into their lane and crashed head-on into the girls.
Hannah was an all American girl and Abby had eyes as blue as the ocean. Both girls had so much life and each would have made a difference in this world. As the families grieve their losses they keep the girl's memory alive with Random Acts of Kindness in their honor. A grieving community walks for Hannah and Abby in hopes of a world with No More Victims.
