*Please note: we are expecting more than 1,000 people at the event & we strongly encourage pre-registration online to help cut down on lines & provide the most positive event experience possible.*
Event Day Timeline:
9:00 a.m.: Registration Opens
9:30 a.m.: Pre-Ceremony Begins on Stage featuring Battle of the High School Jazz Bands Winners: East Meadow & Ward Melville High Schools
10:00 a.m.: Opening Ceremony Begins on Stage & Registration Closes
10:30 a.m.: Walk Begins
12:00 p.m.: Event Concludes
Event Day Details:
Venue: Northwell Health at Jones Beach Theater. Click here for directions. Please Park in the VIP lot of the Theater next to Field 5. We are the only event taking place that day. Parking is free.
Event is rain or shine. In the case of severe inclement weather, we do have a rain date scheduled for Sunday, June 11th.
